Elon Musk suspends 'Koo' Query Handle after journalists, UN and EU turn "red"

Elon Musk has suspended one of Koo's accounts on Twitter. The @kooeminence on Twitter was created for celebrities and VIPs a few days ago.

Microblogging site Twitter has suspended an account of Indian microblogging platform Koo. The @kooeminence on Twitter was created for celebrities and VIPs a few days ago. Through this, questions related to using koo were answered. It was suspended on Friday. Elon Musk-owned Twitter has also suspended the accounts of several prominent global journalists, including the New York Times, CNN and The Washington Post.

Mayank Bidawatka, co-founder of domestic microblogging platform Koo, said on Twitter: "I forgot. There's more! Banning the Mastodon account. Not allowing mastodon links as unsafe. Banning Koo's iconic handles. I am saying this seriously. How much more control does this man need?"

We've never created policies out of thin air. Everything is user focused and transparent. It's the most inclusive platform. It's time to take action instead of just discussing. This won't stop here unless we make it!@oliverdarcy@tculpan@Kantrowitz

In a series of tweets, Bidawatka questioned the rationale behind suspending @kooeminence account, asking, "1. Posting publicly available information is not docsing. Why shoot Messenger? 2. The journalists who posted the link have done nothing wrong. 3. It is wrong to fire journalists without answering them. 4. Making policies for yourself in the air is even worse. 5. It is inconsistent to change your stance every other day. 6. How is it allowed to post a video of an unknown car on Twitter with a car?"

The Co-founder of Koo said Twitter lost space overnight to control conversations. Last week, Twitter has done a few other things, which is not democracy. Everyone needs to speak on this. Bidawatka said that domestic microblogging platform Koo is the best alternative to Twitter. Twitter is because of millions of other users like you and us. Let's not tolerate this man's arrogance.

Bidawatka also said, "And guess! Suddenly, almost suddenly #ElonIsDestroyingTwitter has been removed from the trending section. Twitter is a publisher. Earlier Twitter suspended the accounts of nearly half a dozen prominent journalists who were covering the social media site Twitter and Musk. Twitter said the journalists had violated the "docking" rules. The suspended accounts include Ryan Mack of the New York Times, Donnie O'Sullivan of CNN, Drewy Harwell of The Washington Post, Matt Binder of Mashable, Mika Lee of The Intercept, political journalists Keith Olberman, Aaron Rupper and Tony Webster.

Twitter also updated its policy on Thursday (local time). Now the sharing of "live location information, information shared directly on Twitter or links to third-party URLs of travel routes" has been banned. Meanwhile, the United Nations and the European Union have threatened to ban Musk over the action taken by Twitter.
